I'm thrilled you're here!
I love working with individuals who are ready to kick dysfunctional patterns to the curb, heal from past trauma, and are ready to not just project confidence and self love, but FEEL I. I enjoy working with people who want to recover from being a people pleaser, feeling the obligation to live their life by someone else's rules, and want to fully embody what it means to experience an authentic life well lived. I love helping people navigate the path to wholeness. It is my passion to help others who are struggling and are ready to live a more fulfilled life. I don't just have the education, knowledge and years of experience as a therapist, but I personally understand and I am here to help you navigate how to level up your life!
